About introduction of amendments to the Order of the chief of the State Tax Administration on approval of the List of codes of tax benefits on the income tax No. 1080/2012
In pursuance of Item 8) part (1) article 133 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova of February 8, 2007, special release), with subsequent changes, and also the amendments made by the Law No. 204/2021 on modification of some regulations (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2021, No. 325-333, to the Art. 494), I ORDER:
1. In the Order of the chief of GNS No. 1080/2012 on approval of the List of codes of tax benefits on the income tax (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2012, No. 216-220, of the Art. 1231) to make the following changes:
The text "The orders of the Government No. 596 from 13.08.2012 about approval of the Declaration on the income tax" to replace 1) In order preamble with the text "The order of the Minister of Finance No. 153/2017 on approval of the standard form of the Declaration on the income tax for business entities";
The text "to the Declaration on the income tax approved by the Order of the Government No. 596 of 13.08.2012" to replace 2) in Item 2 with the text "to the Declaration on the income tax for business entities approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 153/2017".
2. In appendix to the order after privilege with code 4i of appendix 4j to bring the following new item:
