1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 2013 No. 199 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for certification of the notary":
