RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF THE NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE

About approval of Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy

(as amended on 06-06-2025)

According to requirements of Chapter 10, of articles 64, of 71 Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", Articles 7, of 56, 57 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 12 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.02.93 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", provisions of the Laws of Ukraine "About information", "About the prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way or to terrorism financing", "About organization-legal bases of fight against organized crime", the Code of penal procedure of Ukraine, the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine and for the purpose of streamlining of storage, protection, use and disclosure of bank secrecy the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy (are applied).

2. To legal department (V. V. Pasichnik) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to permission of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks for use in work.
