About modification of the Law on organization of some measures for emergency state in the field of public health and modification of some regulations No. 69/2020

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - The law on organization of some measures for emergency state in the field of public health and modification of some regulations No. 69/2020 (2020, Art. No. 124-125, 222), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the article XXVIII-1 of the following content:

"Art. XXVIII-1. - In departure from part provisions (3) article 21 of the Law on the humanitarian assistance provided to the Republic of Moldova, No. 1491/2002 of ad hoc commission of the Ministry of Health and also to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection less than six months, but at least 50 percent of the declared term which remained from are allowed to issue the conclusions on import to the country of vaccines from COVID-19 with expiration date.".

Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
