Due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and for the purpose of ensuring defense of the state, neutralization of threats of information security of Ukraine, ensuring steady functioning of objects of digital on-air broadcasting in the conditions of war, according to the laws of Ukraine "About defense of Ukraine" and "About legal regime of warlike situation", the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine solved:

1. Support the offer of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine concerning introduction for action of warlike situation of specific mode of work of Zeonbud LLC (the EGRPOU code 35917061, the location: Ukraine, 01133, the city of Kiev, Lesya Ukrainka Boulevard, the house 26) and its functioning during action of warlike situation in structure of Concern of broadcasting, radio communication and television.

2. To provide to administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine, Concern of broadcasting, radio communication and television together with Zeonbud LLC:

steady functioning of objects of digital on-air broadcasting and uninterrupted broadcast of television channels in MX - 1, - 2, - 3,-5;

round-the-clock monitoring of radio network, equipment of the main station of multiplexing, satellite and land communication channels;

reservation of satellite channels of delivery of programs and equipment of the main station of multiplexing;

reserve delivery of TV channels to digital transmitters with involvement of the alternative operator of satellite communication.

3. To provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine financing of the actions provided by this decision and also strengthening of protection of the objects providing broadcasting.
