About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 13, 2012 No. 923

Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 13, 2012 No. 923 "About approval of the list of strategically important goods and resources for the purposes of article 226.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and also about determination of types of strategically important goods and resources for which the large size the cost exceeding 100 thousand rubles" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 38, of Art. 5133 is recognized; 2018, No. 39, Art. 5977; 2019, No. 25, Art. 3249) following changes:
a) Item 2 after the words "and also forest products" to add with the words "alcoholic products of goods item of 2208 CN FEA EEU, tobacco products";
b) to add the list of strategically important goods and resources for the purposes of article 226.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution with line items of the following content:
