About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on geodesy, cartography and geoinformatics No. 778/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 29-31, 160), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Add the law with Article 3-2 of the following content:

"Article 3-2. State register of land works

(1) Land works (the engineering topographical plans and control topographical plans developed owing to topographical, geodetic researches and control surveys) which are carried out by physical persons and legal entities are registered in the State register of land works.

(2) Registration of land works in the State register of land works is performed through information system by local authorities of the public power of the first level, and in case of impossibility this right is transferred to the administrative authority responsible for implementation the politician in the field of geodesy, cartography and geoinformatics, according to legislation provisions.

(3) Maintaining the State register of land works is performed by the administrative authority responsible for implementation the politician in the field of geodesy, cartography and geoinformatics.

(4) Access of physical persons and legal entities to the space data containing in the State register of land works is provided by means of network services according to articles 9-12 of the Law on national infrastructure of space data No. 254/2016.

(5) the Financial resources necessary for creation, servicing and development of the State register of land works, are allocated from the government budget or from other sources established by the law.

(6) the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the State register of land works, including the mechanism of registration and issue of information from the register, affirm the Government.".

2. Add Article 8-1 with Item i) the following content:

"i) creates and keeps the State register of land works.".

3. In part (Article 13 of the word of "data on the performed works" shall be replaced with words 1) "the list of the performed works".
