About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on local public authority No. 436/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 32-35, 116), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Item l) parts (2) Article 14 and Item b) parts (1) Article 29 of the word "structure and the staff list" shall be replaced with words "structure, the staff list and extreme number of personnel".

2. In Item and) parts (1) Article 43 of the word "structure and the staff list" shall be replaced with words "structure, the staff list and extreme number of personnel".

3. In Article 59:

part (to add 2) after the words "consists from" with words of "persons who are taking up responsible state positions on which provisions of the Law on the status of persons who are taking up responsible state positions, No. 199/2010, extend";

Art. II. - In the Law on the state position and the status of the government employee No. 158/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 230-232, 840), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Part (2) articles 4 after words of "Customs Service", to add with words of "State Tax Service".

2. Part B (6) Article 8 the second offer to state in the following edition: "Meetings of the competitive commission / tender committees will be promulgated through mass media, and protocols are published on the official web page of relevant organ of the public power.".

3. State Article 11 in the following edition:

"Article 11. Competence of the Government

(1) the Policy of the state in the field of the state position and government employees is in competence of the Government.
