About modification of Item 5 of the Regulations on National police

1. Make change to Item 5 of the Regulations on National police approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 877 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 89, Art. 2971; 2017, No. 59, Art. 1789; 2019, No. 4, Art. 134; 2019, No. 36, the Art. 1262), having added the subitem 9 after the word "except" with words "payments of cash allowance (salary) and extra fee which are established for action of warlike situation,".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since February 24, 2022.
