About modification of the Order of the Government No. 21/2021 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for request and provision of lump-sum allowance on the staff of the public medical and sanitary organizations which died during fight against COVID-19

Based on part (2) articles II of the Law No. 169/2021 on introduction of amendments to the Law on organization of some measures for emergency state in the field of public health and modification of some regulations No. 69/2020 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, No. 285, the Art. 394) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 21/2021 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for request and provision of lump-sum allowance on the staff of the public medical and sanitary organizations which died during fight against COVID-19 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 66-72, 58), to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the resolution and the Provision:

a) the text "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in any case shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Health" in the corresponding case;

b) "the employee who died during fight against COVID-19" in any grammatical form to replace the text with the text "the employee imparted from COVID-19 who died during fight against COVID-19" in the corresponding grammatical form;

c) the words "the died person" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "imparted from COVID-19 the died person" in the corresponding grammatical form, and the text "person who died" in any grammatical form to replace with the text "the face imparted from COVID-19 which died" in the corresponding grammatical form;

2) in the Provision:
