Article 1. In article 15 of the Law of April 30, 1996 No. ZR-55 "About advertizing" (further - the Law):
1) the first, second, fourth, fifth and seventh paragraphs of part 10 to recognize invalid;
The sixth paragraph of part 10 to state 2) in the following edition:
"External advertizing shall not exceed 5 square meters and will contain only the brand name (logo), and external advertizing at entrances to buildings, structures or halls shall not exceed 0,5 of square meters and will contain only the brand name (logo).";
To exclude 3) from the tenth paragraph of part 10 of the word of "lotteries and Internet games with prize";
4) part 11 after words of "game with prize" to add with words ", Internet games with prize";
5) part 13 to recognize invalid;
Part 15 to state 6) in the following edition:
"15. Any advertizing of game with prize or Internet games with prize or casino or the gambling hall or lottery (including totalizator) or their organizers except for posted on its official site or in (on) buildings, structures or halls of casino or games with prize or Internet games with prize or totalizator (the gambling hall, bookmaker office), in Items of boundary entry into the Republic of Armenia, and also in hotels according to requirements and criteria of qualification in compliance, at least, with four-stars procedure, or the cases established by this Law, and advertizing of lottery with draw is forbidden or the combined lottery it is allowed also in Items of sale of lottery with draw or the combined lottery.".
Article 2. To exclude the word "13" from part 2.2 of article 26 of the Law and in the same part of the word "in 1000-fold" shall be replaced with words "in 2000-fold".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in six months after its official publication.
