About modification of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 22

According to Articles 7, 15 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine"", to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", to the Regulations on regulation of the monetary and currency markets by the National Bank of Ukraine in the conditions of the special period approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 06, 2019 No. 129/DSP for the purpose of effective use of standard instruments of regulation of liquidity of bank system the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. The fourth Item 3 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 "About features of maintenance of liquidity of banks during action of warlike situation" (with changes) to state the paragraph to No. 22 in the following edition:

"Blank refinancing is not provided to banks which shareholders are residents of the country aggressor, and also to the banks referred to category problem except cases of adoption of the separate decision by Board of National Bank.".

2. To department of the public markets (Alexey Lupin) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Yury Geletiya.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
