About modification of Rules of state registration of acts of civil status in Ukraine
According to Items 3, 10 Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 2, 2014 to No. 228, for the purpose of providing the conditions directed to access for citizens to administrative services in the field of state registration of acts of civil status in the conditions of warlike situation, ORDER:
1. Bring in the Rules of state registration of acts of civil status in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 18, 2000 No. 52/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 18, 2000 for No. 719/4940 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 24, 2010 No. 3307/5), the following changes:
1) in Chapter 1 of the Section II:
to add Item 11 after paragraph one with the new paragraph of the following content:
"In case of introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine or in its certain areas according to the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation" for the actions specified in paragraph one of this Item, the state fee is not collected.".
With respect thereto to consider paragraph two respectively the paragraph third;
add with Item 14 of the following content:
"14. In case of introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine or in its certain areas according to the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation" state registration of acts of civil status is made by any body of state registration of acts of civil status according to the address of the applicant.
