RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2013 No. 383 and of November 1, 2013 No. 951

In pursuance of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2021 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" and Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2022 No. 33 "About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 521

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2013 No. 383 "On regulation of compensation of employees of the clubs on game sports getting support":

word in paragraph one "Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 15, 2013 No. 191 "About support of physical culture and sport to the organizations" and also "shall be replaced with words" the income from implementation of advertizing activities from advertisers which is the state organizations *, and (or) subitem 1.51 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 15, 2013 No. 191";

in subitem 1.2:

part one in paragraph one "to trainers **" to replace the word with the word "to trainers *";

part three in paragraph one "payments ***" to replace the word with the word "payments **";

in the interlinear note "**" to the subitem of the word "** Under trainers" shall be replaced with words "* Under trainers";

in the interlinear note "***" to the subitem of the word "*** Under limiting" shall be replaced with words "** Under limiting";

in the paragraph the second subitem 1.3 part two:

"results ****" to replace the word with the word "results ***";

in the interlinear note "****" to the paragraph the word "**** the List" to replace with the word "*** the List";
