About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193
Based on article 38 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z
1. Bring in the Regulations of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193, the following changes:
in paragraph three of Item 13 of the word "legal management" shall be replaced with words "the main expert legal department";
the first offer of part one of Item 32 to add with words "if other is not established by the President of the Republic of Belarus";
add Regulations with Item 32-1 of the following content:
"32-1. Heads of republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus without delay inform the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus on the direction of documents directly to the President of the Republic of Belarus if other is not established by the President of the Republic of Belarus and these Regulations.
Requirements of part one of this Item do not extend to Ministers of Internal Affairs, defenses, on emergency situations, chairmen of Committee for State Security, State military-industrial committee, State boundary committee, State Customs Committee.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
