1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for the organization and conducting checks of payers of compulsory insurance premiums and other payments by bodies of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of social protection of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2001 No. 7 "About procedure for collection of payments in Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of social protection of the Republic of Belarus and financial sanctions" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 76, 8/6417).
