About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the State Defense Order"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 275-FZ "About the state defense order" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 53, Art. 7600; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3950; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4250; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4786; 2018, No. 31, Art. 4852; 2020, No. 8, Art. 914; 2021, No. 18, Art. 3076, 3077) following changes:

1) regarding the 2nd Article 8.2:

a) in Item 2 of the word "and also about the obligation of authorized bank providing interest payment for use of the money which is on such separate account", and the word "and also establishments, changes of the obligation on interest payment for use of the money which is on such separate account" to exclude;

b) add with Item 9.1 of the following content:

"9. 1) to provide to head contractors, contractors preferential financing on the conditions established by the Government of the Russian Federation for the purpose of execution of public contracts, contracts according to the state defense order;";

2) in Article 8.3:

a) recognize part 3 invalid;

b) add with part 4 following of content:

"4. Interest for using authorized bank the money which is on the separate account are not charged.";

3) in Item 10 of Article 8.4 of the word", except for the transactions connected with placement of money on deposits in the same authorized bank in case of the compulsory provision of transfer of the placed money and deposit interests into the same separate account in the same authorized bank after the term of the deposit agreement" to exclude.

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
