RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About modification of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for transformation of system of road industry" of December 24, 2021 No. 346

For the purpose of ensuring continuous process of content of highway network, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for transformation of system of road industry" of December 24, 2021 No. 346 the following change:

add with Item 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1. Determine that till May 1, 2022 financing of the actions connected with designing, content, repair, reconstruction, construction and development of highways public is made through Department of road economy under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
