About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on articles 9 and 10 of the Law No. 131/2007 on traffic safety (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 6), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 12/2009 about approval of Regulations of medical examination of drivers and candidates for transport drivers (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 19-21, 78), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 2 of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. To the Ministry of Health:

To approve 1) till January 1, 2023:

a) the list of the public medical and sanitary organizations given the right to create medical commissions on medical examination of drivers and candidates for transport drivers;

b) procedure for medical examination of drivers and candidates for transport drivers and list of diseases/conditions in case of whom consultation of the profile specialist doctor for determination of compliance of the state of health of the applicant to the minimum regulations on the physical and mental capacities necessary for vehicle control provided for drivers is required;

2) to exercise control of these activities in authorized public medical and sanitary institutions.";

2) in Regulations:

a) in Item 3:

"competent medical institution" to replace words with the text "the family doctor - for categories of car driver licenses of the 1st group or Medical commission on medical examination of drivers and candidates for transport drivers (further - the Commission) - for categories of car driver licenses 1 and 2nd of groups, according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Health";

b) add with Chapter I-1 of the following content:

"Chapter I-1 Procedure for the organization of the Commission

5-1. The commission is created by the order of the head of the public medical and sanitary organization given the right of its creation.
