agreed as follows:

Article 1

1. Create Interstate fund of humanitarian cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (далееФонд).

2. Approve the Fund charter which is integral part of this Agreement it (is applied).

Article 2

1. The fund is legal entity.

2. Founders of Fund are the Parties.

3. The place of stay of Fund - the city of Moscow.

4. The fund can create the departments, branches, representations in the territories of the Parties according to their legislation.

Article 3

1. The property of Fund is created for the account:

voluntary contributions of the Parties on joint actions (projects) in the field of culture, educations, sciences, archiving, information and mass communications, sport, tourism and work with youth in the form of financial and appliances, resources, works and services;

voluntary contributions and donations of legal entities and physical persons;

receipts from holding charitable and cultural actions, lotteries;

other sources which are not prohibited by the current legislation of the state of residence of Fund and the current legislation of the states in the territory of which authorized activities of Fund are performed.
