About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on the Law No. 156/1998 on the public pension system (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 247), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on payment procedure of pensions in system of the national social insurance, the public social benefits, monthly public welfare payments, benefits, the periodical capitalized payments and the state financial support approved by the Order of the Government No. 929/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 134-137, 1008), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 6 of the word "The Old-age Pension and on Restriction of Opportunities Is Paid" to replace with the text "The pensions specified in article 9 of the Law No. 156/1998 on the public pension system are paid";

Item 22-1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"22-1. The state financial support which is not paid in connection with the death of the receiver is paid including in month in which the receiver died to the surviving spouse, parents, children or, in case of lack of those, to person who produced the evidence that it incurred expenses on burial.";

To add 3) with Item 29-1 of the following content:
