About change of the Instruction on the taxpayer registration approved by the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 352 of September 28, 2017

According to part provisions (10) Art. 132-3 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of 24.04.1997 (Pereopublikovan: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, special release of 8:02. 2007), I ORDER:

1. The instruction on the taxpayer registration approved by the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 352 of September 28, 2017 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2017, No. 429-433 Art. 2234), to change as follows:

1) in all text:

a) texts "cash register", "cash registers with fiscal memory" in any case shall be replaced with words "the control and cash equipment" in the corresponding case;

c) the text "The resolution No. 275 of 10.04.2009 on single sample of the registration certificate of non-profit organizations (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2009, No. 78-79, the Art. 331)" to exclude;

3) in Item 3:
