About support to combatants on protection of territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova and members of their families in commemoration of the 30 anniversary from the date of the beginning of combat operations in Dniester and about modification of some regulations

Art. I. - (To Establish 1) for 2022 announced by Year of appreciation to veterans of war, combatants on protection of territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova, one-time financial support to receivers of the monthly public welfare payments established according to the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001, belonging to the following categories:

a) the military personnel who is on active service, the reservists called on charges, the volunteers and employees of law-enforcement bodies, state security agencies and system of penitentiary administration enlisted in the states of military units and special structures which were on fighting line items and also military personnel, employees of law-enforcement bodies, state security agencies and system of penitentiary administration and the civilians attached to these parts for the purpose of accomplishment of special tasks for ensuring fighting on protection of territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova;

b) persons with limited opportunities from among the military personnel, officers of information and safety and faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies and system of penitentiary administration whose restriction of opportunities came owing to wound, contusions, mutilations received during fighting on protection of territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova;

c) surviving spouses of the combatants on protection of territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova who died on duty, or the died persons with limited opportunities owing to fighting for protection of territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova;
