being guided by the Contract on eternal friendship between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 8, 1997,

considering interest in development of the friendly relations and cooperation between the Parties in the social and labor sphere,

aiming at mutual support of the joint intentions directed to strengthening of bilateral ties in the field of work and social protection of the population

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties develop and expand cooperation in the field of work, pension, social security, social insurance and social protection of the population according to national legal systems of the states of the Parties.

Article 2

The cooperation between the Parties is performed according to national legal systems of the states of the Parties in the following directions:

- legislative regulation in the field of work, pension, social security, social insurance and social protection of the population;

- social and labor relations, work inspection, safety and occupational health, solution of employment disputes;

- participation in actions within working programs of joint cooperation.

Article 3

The parties perform cooperation according to national legal systems of the states of the Parties in the following forms:

- exchange of information and analytical materials concerning the social and labor relations;

- exchange of the best practices;

- consultations between experts of the Parties;

- participation of experts of the Parties in conferences, seminars and other international events held in the territory of the states of the Parties;
