Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Rules of the individual (personified) accounting of the insured faces in system of the national social insurance approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 1997 No. 837:

state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. DPU specified in paragraphs the second or fourth and seventh item 4 of these rules are filled and presented by the payer of fees in body of Social Security Fund of the population in the form of electronic documents. Requirements to forming of these DPU are determined by board of Social Security Fund of the population.";

state Item 15 in the following edition:

"15. The PU-2 form (form type – initial) is submitted by the employer within the following terms:

in case of change only details of the Section 2 "Data on the Periods of Work on Position of the Employee, Worker's Profession" – once a quarter no later than the 10th following reporting quarter and also in case of need of adjustment of information provided earlier;

in case of employment – no later than 5 calendar days from the date of acceptance;

in case of dismissal from work – no later than day of dismissal;

the paragraph the fifth – for office use.

The PU-2 form (form type – canceling) is represented in case of need.";

1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for recalculation of payment for some types of utilities and suspension (renewal) of rendering utilities approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 16, 2005 No. 1466:
