About modification of article 4 of the Law on Chamber of Commerce and Industry No. 393/1999
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In Item g) parts (2) article 4 of the Law on Chamber of Commerce and Industry No. 393/1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, Art. No. 73-77, 343), with subsequent changes, to replace the word "and" with the word "or".
Art. II. - Statements for issue of certificates on confirmation of availability of force majeur circumstances or the statement for issue of the conclusions about confirmation which consideration did not come to the end about day of entry into force of this law are considered in the procedure established by this law.
