From the moment of enforcement of Health regulations and regulations 2.2.3.13-57-2005 "Not to apply hygienic requirements to the organizations using work of disabled people" in the territory of the Republic of Belarus "Single health regulations for the companies (production associations), workshops and sites, held for use disabled people of work and retirement pensioners" No. 2672-83, approved as the Deputy Chief state health officer of the USSR on March 1, 1983.
