Article 1. Bring in the Code of the Republic of Belarus about subsoil of July 14, 2008 the following changes:
1. To add Item 1 of Article 5 with the word", the organizations".
2. Article 8 after the word "bodies" to add with words ", public institution "Administration of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone" (further - administration of the park)".
3. To add subitem 2.5 of Item 2 of Article 13 with the word", the organizations".
4. Add the Code with Article 13-1 of the following content:
"Article 13-1. Competence of administration of the park in use and protection of subsoil
1. Administration of the park in the field of use and protection of subsoil in the territory of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone" (except for the territories of settlements, including Minsk and lands in borders of perspective development of Minsk according to its master plan, gardening partnerships and country cooperatives) (further - the industrial park):
1.1. accepts in the procedure for the decision on provision of geological and mountain branches established by Articles 32 and 33 of this Code, except as specified, when according to this Code decisions on provision of mountain branches are made by the President of the Republic of Belarus;
1.2. makes decisions on suspension or the termination of mineral right in case of violation of the law on protection and use of subsoil, except as specified, when according to this Code, other legal acts adoption of the specified decisions is referred to competence of state bodies.
2. The administration of the park performs also other powers in the field of use and protection of subsoil assigned to it by this Code and other acts of the legislation.".
