About modification of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of annual financial support approved by the Order of the Government No. 159/2018
Based on the Law No. 827/2000 on Fonda of support of the population (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 65-67, 460), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for the establishment and payment of annual financial support approved by the Order of the Government No. 159/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 48-57, 184), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
The subitem 1) to state 1) in the following edition:
"1) persons with limited opportunities owing to fighting in Afghanistan and families (spouses and one of parents; in case of the parents consisting divorced the determined sum, on demand, shares between them equal parts) combatants in Afghanistan, the dead on duty;";

1) the period of provision of the annual financial support financed from fund of support of the population, to parents of combatants in Afghanistan, the dead on duty, to parents of combatants on protection of territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova, the dead on duty and to parents of the died participants of recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP is prolonged till May 31, 2022;
