About modification of the Section XIII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding"

1. "About enforcement proceeding" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, of Art. 542 with subsequent changes) to add the Section XIII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Item 10-2 of the following content:

"10-2. Before entry into force of the law on settlement of the relations with participation of faces tied with the state aggressor making of executive actions stops, replacement of claimants in executive actions on which claimants is the Russian Federation or the following persons is forbidden:

citizens of the Russian Federation;

the legal entities created and registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;

the legal entities created and registered according to the legislation other than the legislation of Ukraine among final beneficial owners, members or participants (shareholders) of which the Russian Federation, the citizen of the Russian Federation or the legal entity created and registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation is.

The specified restriction is not applied to citizens of the Russian Federation who live in the territory of Ukraine on legal causes, and the legal entities created and registered according to the law of Ukraine, the final beneficial owner, member or the participant (shareholder) of which are only citizens of the Russian Federation who live in the territory of Ukraine on legal causes, or only citizens of Ukraine and citizens of the Russian Federation who live in the territory of Ukraine on legal causes.

Temporarily, for the period before the termination or cancellation of warlike situation in the territory of Ukraine:

physical persons can perform account transactions from accounts at the expense of which it is seized by bodies of the public executive service, the private contractor, without such arrest under condition if the collection amount according to the executive document does not exceed 100 thousand hryvnias;
