The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in Criminal and Criminal procedural codes of Ukraine the following changes:

1. In the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131):

To replace 1) in part five of article 49 of figure "109 - 114-1" with figures "109 - 114-2";

To replace 2) in part four of article 68 of figure "109 - 114-1" with figures "109 - 114-2";

Item 4 of part one and part the second Article 96-2 after figures "113" to add 3) with figures "114-2";

Chapter 1 of the Special part of "Crime against bases of homeland security of Ukraine" to add 4) with Article 114-2 of the following content:

"Article 114-2. The unauthorized distribution of information on the direction, movement of weapon, arms and ammunition to Ukraine, movement, movement or placement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other military forming formed according to the laws of Ukraine made in the conditions of warlike or emergency state

1. Distribution of information on the direction, movement of weapon, arms and ammunition to Ukraine, including about their movements on the territory of Ukraine if such information was not placed in open access by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine or in official sources of the relevant departments of the partner countries, made in the conditions of warlike or emergency state, -

it is punished by imprisonment for a period of three up to five years.
