About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit

Based on part (3) article 7 of the Law No. 133/2008 on social benefit (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, the Art. 625), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 189, of the Art. 1173), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 1-2 of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:

"1-2. Considering the rate of inflation as of the end of previous year expressed by growth of consumer prices in December of the corresponding year in comparison with the same month of prior year, in the amount of % 13,94, on April 1, 2022 the level of the minimum guaranteed monthly income is indexed with coefficient of indexation of 1,1394 and after indexation constitutes 1 363 leu.";

The last paragraph of Item 19 of the Provision to state 2) in the following edition:

"The minimum guaranteed monthly income is indexed annually on April 1. The coefficient of indexation is calculated taking into account the rate of inflation as of the end of the previous year expressed by growth of consumer prices in December of the corresponding year in comparison with the same month of prior year. If when calculating the part of the amount expressed in bonds turns out, then it is rounded to one leu towards increase.".

2. This resolution becomes effective on April 1, 2022.
