About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on Item b) parts (2) articles II of the Law No. 148/2020 on introduction of amendments to the Law No. 216/2003 on the Integrated automated information system of the crime reporting, criminal cases and persons who committed crimes (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 199-204, 424), and article 27 of the Law No. 185/2020 on the Automated information system of accounting of offenses, cases on offenses and persons who made offenses (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 259-266, 553), the Government DECIDES:

1. In the Concept of the automated information system "Register of Criminalistic and Criminological Information" approved by the Order of the Government No. 633/2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 86-89, 679), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

The text "The law No. 216-XV of May 29, 2003 on the Integrated automated information system of the crime reporting, criminal cases and persons who committed crimes" to replace 1) in "Introduction" with the text "The law No. 216/2003 on the Integrated automated information system of the crime reporting, criminal cases and persons who committed crimes";

2) in subitems b), c) and d) Item 6 of the word of "bodies of prosecutor's office" to replace with the word of "prosecutor's office", and the text "bodies of the execution of the punishment connected with imprisonment", shall be replaced with words "bodies of execution of criminal penalty";

3) in Item 7:

exclude the words "Code of Administrative Offences";

"The law No. 45-XIII from on April 12, 1994 about operational search activities" to replace the text with the text "The law No. 59/2012 on special search activities";

"The law No. 1320-XIII from on September 25, 1997 about registers" to replace the text with the text "The law No. 71/2007 on registers";
