About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In Article 282:
in part (shall be replaced with words 1-1) words "till May 31" "till March 31";
in part ("after May 31" shall be replaced with words 4-1) words "after March 31".
2. In Article 286 of the word "after May 31" shall be replaced with words "after March 31".
Art. II. - In article 4 of the Law on enforcement of the Section VI of the Tax code No. 1056/2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
in Items b) and c) parts (words "after May 31" shall be replaced with words 7) "after March 31";
in Item b) parts (words "after May 31" shall be replaced with words 9) "after March 31" in both cases.
Art. III. - (1) In departure from part provisions (2) article 56 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017 this law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) to the Government in three-months time to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
