1. Determine that:

1.1. execution of executive documents, the issued (taken-out) for benefit of residents foreign states *, making unfriendly actions concerning the Belarusian legal and (or) physical persons (further - executive documents), according to the list of such states determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus stops.

Part two - for office use;

1.2. banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations, JSC Development Bank Republic of Belarus (further - banks) refuse acceptance of payment requests without acceptance of the payer ***, drawn up based on executive documents.

The payment requests sent to banks for execution (processing) before the date of entry into force of this Decree respond or their execution stops in the procedure established by the legislation.

* Residents of foreign states are understood as persons specified in paragraphs the third or seventh subitem 1.10 of Item 1 of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003 to No. 226-Z "About currency control and currency exchange control".
