RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2009 No. 4

Based on part one of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2011 No. 323-Z "About archiving and clerical work in the Republic of Belarus" and the paragraph of the twentieth subitem 6.30 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction on clerical work in state bodies, other organizations approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2009 No. 4, the following changes:

to add Item 3 after part two with part of the following content:

"Provisions of this Instruction extend to substandard (individual) legal acts, local legal acts of rule-making bodies (officials) in the part which is not settled by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About regulatory legal acts".";

the fourth Item 172 to state part in the following edition:

"Orders and orders are grouped in staff in separate cases depending on terms of their storage.";

in appendix 20 to this Instruction:

" to exclude from Items 23 and 24 of the word "and" of hot lines;

to add subitem 30.2 of Item 30 after the word of "penalties" with words ", early withdrawal of authority punishments";

state Item 36 in the following edition:

"36. Schedules of acceptance of cases in archives of the organizations, graphics of transfer of cases on permanent storage in the Public Records Offices, schedules of submission of annual Sections of summary inventories of cases for consideration of the expert and methodical commission of the Public Records Office or expert survey board of structural division on archives and clerical work of regional executive committee";

state Item 38 in the following edition:
