1. Establish the following features of implementation of purchases of goods (works, services) at the expense of own means the organizations which are a part of the system Energy ministries (further if other is not determined, - the Ministry of Energy organizations), except for purchases of goods (works, services) at the expense of own means according to appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2012 No. 229:
1.1. the organizations of the Ministry of Energy apply preferential amendments to the prices of proposals of potential suppliers (contractors, contractors) in the amount of:
20 percent to bid price of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) offering goods (works, services) self-produced the organizations of public association of disabled people in which the number of disabled people constitutes at least 50 percent of payroll number of workers;
15 percent to bid price of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) offering goods (works, services) origins of the Republic of Belarus;
