In pursuance of Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 3, 2022 "About export" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 77
1. Determine that export from the Republic of Belarus of mineral or chemical potash fertilizers (further - potash fertilizers) *, classified by code 3104 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union, is performed by Belaruskali open joint stock company (further - JSC Belaruskali), Belarusian Potash Company open joint stock company (further - JSC Belarusian Potash Company) and other legal entities according to the exclusive licenses granted by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade based on decisions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (further - licenses) according to the procedure, similar the established Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), taking into account the features established by this resolution.
