According to the paragraph the fourth parts four of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About National depositary system and features of electronic security circulation in Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction of requirements to the global certificate in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine State commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Approve Regulations on the global certificate and the temporary global certificate it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid, the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 12.02.98 of N25.
3. The global certificates which are drawn up and deposited with depositary before entry into force of this decision are acting.
4. To provide to the chief of staff of State commission on securities and the stock market M. Nepran:
state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
publication of this decision according to the legislation.
5. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of State commission on securities and the stock market V. Petrenko.
