About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2016 No. 19

In pursuance of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2022 "About enhancement of work with personnel in state bodies" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 66

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2016 No. 19 "About declaring of the income and property by government employees and other categories of persons" the following changes:

1.1. state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on Item part one 6, of Items 22 and 30 of the Regulations on procedure for forming and verification of information about candidates for the positions included in personnel registers and to the state positions, parts one of Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for declaring of the income and property approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2022 No. 66, of Article part one 33, of part two of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2015 No. 305-Z "About fight against corruption" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";

1.2. add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:

"persons holding the highest state positions of the Republic of Belarus, other positions included in the personnel register of the Head of state of the Republic of Belarus, their spouse (spouse), minor children including adopted (adopted), and also full age close relatives, together with them living and conducting general economy, represent the declaration on the income and property in form according to appendix 3.";

1.3. add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Candidates for positions * represent the declaration on the income and property in the form provided for position to which the candidate is picked up if other is not established by part two of this Item.
