About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of internal combustion engines

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning separate types of the internal combustion engines classified by code 8408 20 990 4 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till December 31, 2022 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) to add line item with code 8408 20 990 4 of the CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "<54C>";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 54C of the following content:

"<54C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of February 18, 2022 No. 44 till 31.12.2022 inclusive.".
