1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 877 "About adoption of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles" the following changes:

a) add Item 3 with subitem 3.2.6 of the following content:

"3.2.6.
