About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" concerning pensions in case of loss of the supporter

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 29, Art. 399 with subsequent changes) such changes:

1. In Article 30 part four:

state the Item in the following edition:

"b) parents and the wife (husband), if they reached the age granting the right to award of pension on age, established by part one of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" (irrespective of duration of insurance years of service), or are persons with disability";

in the Item "in" of the word and figures "have pension entitlement not earlier than before 5 years before achievement of retirement age, "About obligatory national pension insurance" shall be replaced with words the stipulated in Clause 26 Laws of Ukraine also in figures "and/or direct participation in implementation of the actions necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, have pension entitlement not earlier than before 5 years before achievement of the age granting the right to award of pension on age, established by part one of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" (irrespective of duration of insurance years of service) or if they have pension entitlement irrespective of age according to part three of article 114 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance", to early old-age pension, old-age pension on favorable terms or old-age pension with reduction of retirement age according to the law".
