About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine in connection with introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1. In Item 5 parts two of Article 42 of the Labor code of Ukraine (1971, appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375) words "to persons on whom operation of the Law of Ukraine "Expatiates on the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" shall be replaced with words sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR to "members of families of the died (died) veterans of war, members of families of the died (died) Defenders and Defenders of Ukraine".
2. "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, of Art. 190 with subsequent changes) to replace the paragraph of the sixth of Item 1 of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine with two new paragraphs of the following content:
"The state provides free psychological assistance to persons specified in Item 1 of article 3 of this Law who were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, in implementation of the actions necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, carried out office and fighting tasks in extreme (fighting) conditions. Psychological assistance will be organized by psychological services of military units (divisions), and in case of need performed in military-medical healthcare institutions according to the procedures approved by the central executive bodies which have the military forming and law enforcement agencies formed according to the laws of Ukraine in the subordination.
