1. The accredited expert organization of special industrial zone when conducting complex non-departmental examination performs all procedures and transactions by means of information system of the state expert organization integrated with the single portal of department of authorized body for architecture, town planning and construction, except for construction projects (the feasibility study and the design and estimate documentation) with security classification or marked "for office use" ("chipboard").

This regulation does not extend much execution of expert opinions on town-planning projects.";
