"2. The state service appears the divisions of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan performing activities in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population (further – the service provider).
3. For receipt of the state service physical persons or legal entities address through the web portal of "the electronic government": www.egov.kz (further – the portal) with application of documents, specified in Item 8 of the standard of the state service according to appendix 1 to these rules (further – the standard).
