1. Part third of article 263 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (2001, 131) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 25-26, in the following edition:
"3. Is not subject to criminal liability for making of the actions provided by part one or the second this Article, person which voluntarily handed over to authorities weapon, ammunition, explosives or destructive devices".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
