ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF DEFENCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 19, 2020 No. 281 "About approval of Rules of rendering the state service "Apostilization of Archive References and Copies of the Archive Documents Coming from the Central Archive of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 19, 2020 No. 281 "About approval of Rules of rendering the state service "Apostilization of Archive References and Copies of the Archive Documents Coming from the Central Archive of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 20989) the following changes:

in the Rules of rendering the state service "Apostilization of Archive References and Copies of the Archive Documents Coming from the Central Archive of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" approved by the specified order (further - Rules):

state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. The service provider performs delivery of result of the state service in the State corporation, not later than days before the expiration of rendering the state service.

Issue of result of rendering the state service to uslugopoluchatel is performed through the State corporation in case of presentation of the identity document or its representative under the notarized power of attorney.

The refusal in rendering the state service is performed according to Item 9 of the Standard, at the same time the service provider notifies uslugopoluchatel on the provisional solution about refusal in rendering the state service, and also time and the place (method) of carrying out hearing for opportunity to express to uslugopoluchatel of line item according to the provisional solution.

The notification on hearing goes not later than 3 working days before completion of term of rendering the state service. Hearing is carried out no later than 2 working days from the date of the notification.
