Wearing office regimentals is obligatory for the workers of the office of Arbitration Court participating in judicial sessions, and also performing direct (personal) interaction with citizens and representatives of the organizations to execution of the service duties connected with the organization of legal procedures and organizational support of consideration of the arriving addresses.
8.3. The procedure and regulations of providing with office regimentals of the workers of the office of Arbitration Court having class ranks, and also procedure for its carrying affirms Judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in coordination with Judicial council of the Russian Federation.
8.4. The technical description on samples of objects of office regimentals of the workers of the office of Arbitration Court having class ranks affirms Judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in coordination with Judicial council of the Russian Federation and Heraldic Council in case of the President of the Russian Federation.".
