About ensuring registration of the newborn child in the conditions of warlike situation
According to the presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90), in connection with introduction of warlike situation in the territory of Ukraine and for the purpose of ensuring functioning of health sector during the military period I ORDER:
1. Determine that for action of warlike situation in the territory of Ukraine for ensuring registration of the birth of the child in bodies of state registration of acts of civil status health workers of healthcare institutions and physical persons entrepreneurs who obtained the license for implementation of economic activity on medical practice (further - suppliers of medical care) which delivered, performed the first medical examination of the newborn or performed the first medical examination of the woman in labor after the delivery including out of healthcare institution, without possibility of further transportation of the woman in labor and the newborn in corresponding the supplier of medical care or on condition of its refusal of such transportation in circumstances of the increased threat of life and to health, on each case of the birth of the living child fill in the Health certificate on the birth (form No. 103/about), approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of August 8, 2006 No. 545 "About streamlining of maintaining the medical documentation certifying cases of the birth and death" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2006 for No. 1150/13024.
